SuryaSoul combines yoga, Tao and dance in a class with meditative, balancing, energetic, and relaxing elements. We dance with yoga postures/asanas. The class is easy to follow for anyone who loves yoga and dance. SuryaSoul features a layered kaleidoscope of: the 7 chakras, working with chi or prana (life force energy), inspiring world music, the joy of movement and singing/chanting, and finding your own movement color. But even without any prior knowledge of any of these, you can participate. Will you join me for this wonderful adventure? Weekly sessions on Wednesday mornings, excluding most school holidays. Next to that on alternating scheduled evenings and mornings on weekdays.
